I work a lot! How can I stay active? This topic will also be covered in the wellbeing workshop.

The best remedy for workplace stress and sitting too much is movement. It relieves tension, improves posture, and lifts your spirits.

Tip 1: You can do a few simple neck exercises even during work hours. For example, neck circles, shoulder blade squeezes... We'll teach you these in the workshop

Tip 2: Simple and quick exercises in the office or at home after work! You don't even need any equipment. We'll try these exercises at the wellbeing workshop

Tip 3: Walk! Walk during your lunch break, walk home, walk up the stairs (instead of taking the elevator). These are small tricks, but they make a difference—we'll show you a few more at the wellbeing workshop.
