Healthy eating at work? We learn about this in the wellbeing program too! Employees often find it difficult to make good decisions about meals during working hours, which leads to a decline in their well-being and weight gain...
The first simple rule is to spread your meals out well! Have two larger meals (breakfast and lunch) and only healthy snacks in the morning and afternoon.
The second rule is to eat when you are bored or to relieve stress! Instead, take a walk down the hallway or in the park, or drink a cup of tea.
Rule 3 is to choose your carbohydrates wisely to avoid fluctuating blood sugar levels and renewed hunger. We teach even more eating tricks to those who choose the wellbeing workshop.
